JWT takes away the only Grand Prix

JWT took the Grand Prix in the Direct category for Teach India. Agency of the year was not instituted this year

Though spirits weren t as high as before, Goafest 2009 came to a close amidst much fanfare and revelry.

Besides the group’s design unit Red Lion also bagged one gold but it had entered the award separately and not as part of the Publicis Communications Group.

Rediffusion Y is at No.4 with two gold, five silver and three silver. It won the two gold metals for Sanctuary Magazine and Books Beyond both in the Out of Home category.

At No.6 Umbrella Design won two gold both for its work on creative the agency brand Bates141.

Saatchi Saatchi is at No.9 with one gold, one silver and three bronze. Saatchi took home its only gold for its work on Cox Kings also in the Out of Home category Film production house Good Morning comes in next with one gold, one silver and 2 bronze.

Among others Abhishek Sawant won a gold for its work on Mother s Kitchen soups in the Print Craft category besides a silver.

Euro RSCG also won one gold and 3 bronzes. Euro RSCG won its single gold for HDFC Bank SIP in the Out of Home category while.

Among others, Out of the Box, 1 Point Size and Media2win won a gold each. Red Lion (a division of Publicis Communication) took a gold for Sulakshan Kulkarni Cricket Academy.

Out of the Box won a gold for its work on Mother s Pride in the Out of Home Corporate category while 1pointsize won it for Camera Lens Calendarin the Direct category.

Media2win s a gold came in the Interactive Digital Advertising category for Tata Sky. In the Design category.

Among others, Contract won four silver and eight bronze while Bates 141 bagged three silver and 2 bronze. M Rolex Watches cCann bagged two silver and 10 bronze. McCann, as stated in an earlier report, had a token participation this year at the Goafest. CreativeLand Asia also won eight bronzes and two silvers while Bates 141 won three silver and two bronze Abby s. TBWA won one silver and two bronze while Hungama Digital, Web Chutney and Equinox films won one silver and 1 bronze, each.

Among the other silver metal winners are Alok Nanda Communications, DesignSutra, Fortune Communications, Ravi Udyawar Films and Zed Digital India.

Grey Worldwide has won 3 bronze while among the two bronze winners are Foot Candles, Happy, Soda Films, Morish Interactive and Tribal DDB.

Among the other bronze winners are Cheil Worldwide, Big 92.7 FM, Chrome Pictures, Flying Saucer, Interactive Avenues Marketing, Karan Rawat, Lingo India, Little Lamb Films, Makani Creatives, RMG Connect, Meridian Communications, Nirvana Films and Nomad Films, Prasad Naik and Ramesh Deo Production all of them have won a won a bronze each.
